Yeah, having an egg everyday is a challenge for me too, so how about some celery with peanut butter or cream cheese and some canadian bacon. Or some lean lunchmeat wrapped in a lettuce leaf...sometimes I prefer to eat lunch type meals for breakfast.
Hope that helps some...at least once you get through phase 1 you can add in some fruit or whole grain bagel, oatmeal, etc...so hang in there.

I not only don't like eggs much, but I don't have time to fix breakfast in the mornings. I bought a container of whey protein and mix it with a little skim milk and sometimes even some fat free, sugar free pudding mix. So far I like the chocolate the best. I made the mistake of buying the big jug of the vanilla and I really don't like it (to me it tastes like powdered milk, yuk!) I'm thinking of just throwing it out, but the chocolate was good. I also usually eat an ounce of low fat cheese, so that I have someing to actually EAT. I have a tendency to want to munch if I only DRINK my meals. Hope that helps and good luck!

I've found that with all the diet drinks out there, their best when served very coldCool
(Or over ice) For breakfast I have Atkins or the Edge low carb drinks.

I'm looking for new ideas too and I like the low carb drink idea! Read where South Beach is coming out with a new Carb control shake and I can't wait. But in the mean time I bought some Myoplex Carb Sense Shakes(they're high protien and low carb. I need quick ideas to get out the door fast in the morning and at lunch time. Hope this helps! Kayless
