need some help getting started

I am going to start the blood type a diet and am not sure how to get started because there are alot of things i cannot have is there any substitutes for meats, oils, and milk any help would be nice

The diet is pretty cut and dry,food is either considered highly benifitial=medicine, regular food= regular food and Avoid=poisen.

There are a number of food list resources available. What Blood type are you?

Yeah - never heard of bad pizza - and certainly, anything with bacon on it tastes great. I could put bacon and sauce on cardboard and it would be great.
