It's my first day and I'm just wondering if anyone has any good phase 1 and 2 snack recipes?? I'm normally a choco-holic and I think that is what I'm going to miss most.

I usually have low fat popcorn and there's an organice one on the market that is a little sweet as well. I believe they're both allowed on phase 1 and 2.

Hold back on the superlatives - unless they're deserved!

there is a roasted chick pea recipe in one of the cook books. basically you roast chick peas on a cookie sheet for about 45 minutes at 450 degrees with some seasoning of your choice.
