Hi!!! My name is Britney and I will be staring my transformation on the 20th of december. I hope this will leave me with enough time to prepare myself. I am nervous that this diet, like many others i have tried, will fail. I guess it is worth a try. I am a new member so plz add me! I could use some feedback from anyone doing this diet and some suggestions as well thank you in advance and good luck to everyone!!!

Hi Britney, I started the Rice Diet on 5/30 and I am a slow loser because of lack of exercise but have lost 43 pounds. When you take away the salt in your food you elimanate the cravings and hunger. I like it because I can eat whole wheat pasta, with homemade tomato sauce, veggie burgers, whole wheat bread and beans, rice, vegetables, and fruit. I pick what keeps me the fullest like an apple over 2TB of raisins. I had to experminent when I started to find out what food worked for me, sometime a banana would make me hungrey and hour later but grapes would last for 2-3 hours. Let me know if you have questions.
