Hi Britney, I started the Rice Diet on 5/30 and I am a slow loser because of lack of exercise but have lost 43 pounds. When you take away the salt in your food you elimanate the cravings and hunger. I like it because I can eat whole wheat pasta,with homemade tomato sauce, veggie burgers, whole wheat bread and beans, rice, vegetables, and fruit. I pick what keeps me the fullest like an apple over 2TB of raisins. I had to experminent when I started to find out what food worked for me, sometime a banana would make me hungrey and hour later but grapes would last for 2-3 hours. Let me know if you have questions.
