My name is sbarnes and I am a wife and mother for many yrs. I am 36yrs old and love to work with young people. I have never diet before so this is new to me. My goal is to feel better about myself and look good. I am also looking to change my eating habits. So as I start something new I hope to stay with this and not ge discourage. I know that I can conquer what ever I put my mind to and hoping to do just that.

I will bless the lord at all times his praise shall continue to be in my mouth.

I was on Atkins once before and it worked. Although,it was difficult to keep to the diet. After 3 months of nothing put low carb meals and I was ready for some taste. But when I quit I gained all the weight I lost right back. Be strong, this diet really works. This time I'm going to try to use new recipes to add some color to the diet. Dave

Probably lowering your calories by at least 500 a day and eating clean is your best bet.

sticking to a plan
I think and am living this. You need to a WOR plan that fits your life and exercise that also fits your life. If it doesn't fit your life you won't stick with it.
