Every month I'm faced with 3 days when I crave sugar. Am I alone? Any good tips how to successfully bypass the cravings?

You're not alone and I have had these sort of cravings for years and years. My 'sweetness' or sugar cravings have often been met from cookies, more recently I've been eating licorice which I think is a little better and I am now buying a lot more dried fruits, like apricot and apple to get me through.

Join the club! I indulge in some low fat yogurt or ice cream when those cravings kick in. Have not found a way to bypass them.

The WW icecreams are good, portioned controlled as well.
