Has anyone else noticed a change in your energy levels? I have noticed a huge change. I'm having a hard time sitting still for very long these days. It has to be the diet. My husband has been doing this with me and his changes are enormous. He doesn't come home from work and fall asleep anymore and he's doing more around the house and with the kids. I'm sold on this diet 100%.

I just started the fat smash diet, I am on my fourth day and my energy level is soaring also and I feel great! I guess that leaves me no excuse not to start exercising. So far the diet has been very easy. The foods are all things that I like. t really doesnt feel like dieting just altering the way I eat and eating more often.

I am ashamed to say that I have not. But since I have been called out I now feel obligated to pull out and dust off my pilates dvd. Thanks for keeping me honest

Do whatever works for you, pilates is great if that's your thing. Walking is the simplest and best for me. Makes me feel alive and I don't feel I have to overdo it.

I did it and it felt like twenty minutes of torture. I injured my knee over the summer and havent exercised since and boy did I feel it. I agree walking is a great exercise. I think my walking dvd's will be the next to be dusted off. Walking is a low impact exercise that will probably be easier to keep up with until I get my stamina back. Thanks for planting the seed.

You need a climate friendly environment to get the walking happening. I also have the stationary bike that's a bit rusty but does the trick.

Have been walking lots lately and even though I didn't follow FS as well as I should it has helped me stay fairly flat must be by burning up the energy. I feel great as well.

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
