Well my husband went on it with me , thats a huge help! He said he will this time too, not having packs of oreos around will help! At that time I did walk each morning, not far by any stretch of the imagination!maybe 4 blocks it was Jan/Feb in PA too cold for me! He also lost 20 lbs the first month and thats all he had to lose. So I am excited to start again, even a week before Turkey day, I'll just have lots of Turkey, deviled eggs and broccoli. It probably also helped that I am a creative cook, experiment alot! and make sure you have sugar free jello on hand it will cut the sweet cravings. Good Luck!

No wonder they sell so many of those infomercial weight loss and exercise products that you can use at home. Everyone is to lazy to venture out.

Just a note tho, on the phone App, I don't have the option of selecting anything but weight change. It just defaults to "Reasonably Well"
