Hi I am on day 6 of the detox with fat smash and I am feeling fine no I am feeling great.I have always then a meat eating and a meal was not a meal unless I had meat. But now I think of things in a whole new light. i really think that I can change my way of eating for life. I am a 30 year old female with 4 kids and I hardly have the energy to make it though the day, intill now I feel like a teenager again. I have about 30 pounds that I want to lose and I am trying to stay positive and not to rush things.I was wondering if there were any people out there that have been on this diet for a while.

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
