Hi everybody! A friend and I are starting this today, at least I hope she's able to start this week so we're on the same schedule. I like this week for starters because I live with my parents and they'll be out of town most of the week so it won't inconvenience them too much.

I started the detox once before. Made it five days before I went to lunch with somebody and completely forgot what I was doing and ordered an iced tea and ate my lunch companion's onion rings! ARGH! However, in those five days I lost 3 pounds.

I always do really well when I go vegetarian, but I'm addicted to diet sodas and candy so I hope this will get rid of that for good. I think the artificial sweeteners just make me crave more bad food.

Uh oh, I forgot to see if plain unsweetened yogurt was on the yes list!

Hi I just started on this webpage today but I started the FAT SMASH Diet on the 17 of October. My start weight was 187 and now I am 179. I am on Phase II on the diet but since I have started on this next Phase I have been cheating everyday. So I will start the detox Phase again and go from there.

Today is my first day with the site, but I have purchased the fat smash diet book about two months ago. I started the PHASE I plan for about the first 5 days, but I don't remember what happened next. I am returning back to the plan, but I am first detoxing with the Celebrity Diet (www.celebritydiet.com) for two days. I hope to lose at least 5 lbs on this diet, since I will also exercise; then I will begin PHASE I from Fat Smash. I may have to begin the program after Thanksgiving, but I am open to testing my will power.

Cannot seem to break the 70 kilo mark!!
At present I weigh between 72 on the dot and 73.2.....it varies over the last 2 months...no matter what i do it just won't seem to go past 70!! I would be rapt in 69.9!! so of course i think ...stuff ...

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
