After plateau of 3 weeks, what a difference this has made. You don't get much food, but you also don't feel hungry. It gives you such euphoria to see the weight dropping off. I don't understand why people complain about Fat fast. With a little bit of willpower, you feel better, you sleep better and the weight is going down.

Congrats, Rogerlexx! It sure feels nice, doesn't it?! Hopefully this will get your system "in the groove" of losing, and when you return to Atkins it will continue. I think someone told me your weight sometimes goes up just a bit after you get off the fast, but I could be wrong. Atkins, and related research, has sure changed my view of eating fats!
