Hello Lovelies !

Could anyone tell my if I can substitute my morning oats for Oat bran ?? I would still make it with my water, egg white , PB and cinnamon, but oat bran has less carbs.
I have used it before but had it with yoghurt or something to add fibre and I don't want to buy a whole box if it won't work as replacement for oats!?

Thanks!

If it is a plant, eat it, if it comes from a plant, don't!
