I took a quick look at your diet calendar and I can definitely give you some much needed advice.

Atkins Induction is 20 NET carbs per day, not less, with 12-15 of them coming from veggies. (the veggies are NON-negotiable)
Total Carbs - Fiber = NET carbs

Women must eat at least 1500-1800 calories per day.

60-70% of your calories must be from fat.

Once you've fixed your menu to reflect the guidelines of Atkins I'm positive you'll have lifetime success!

I'm so sorry you're frustrated! Are you logging everything that you're eating? If so, you're not taking in enough calories. CRM is right, 20 NET carbs, with 12-15 from non-starchy veggies is a must everyday. You might also up your fat intake, it should be about 70% of your calories if you're in the Induction phase of Atkins. The rest should be roughly 25% protein and 5% carbs. And I'm sometimes guilty of this one: lots and lots of water!

This WOE really does work, but it can take a bit of effort to get the macros just right so you lose. Hang in there, kimmy. You have lots of support here!!

You need to eat more. yep, more, you have to feed the furnace, put in that protein and fats to keep the fire burning. By eating less your metabolism slows down and so does fat burning.
As said previously you must eat 20 n gms of carbs a day, 15 from veggies and 5 from cheese and creams.
Eat more and you will lose weight, I know it's hard to get your head around but it is the only way to go.
If it is a plant, eat it, if it comes from a plant, don't!

and remember, the last few pounds are the hardest. It is taking me months to lose the last 10.

Noooooo my plateau has lasted a month now - a month between 60.2 and 60.8. Yep, time to step up to more than an hour's exercise a day - but where will I find the time!!!

To many carbs?
No, if your calories are within your goal the carb percentage does not matter. Do you weigh your food and count every bite even on the weekends?
