THAT SOUNDS LIKE SO MUCH I GET DEPRESSED WHEN I THINK OF IT. SO I HAVE SET SEVERAL SMALLER GOALS. THE FIRST IS TO GET UNDER 200 LBS. I HAVEN'T SEEN THAT FOR YEARS. I WEIGHED THIS MORNING AND LOST 1 LB. NOT MUCH BUT IT'S A START. ONLY 99 TO GO!

It makes me depressed also to think I have to loose around 63 pounds. I'm trying to get to the weight I was when I got married 6 1/2 years ago and no better time than the present to start.

I just restated as well, after spending 3 1/2 months doing nothing, recovering from ankle surgery and gaining 20 lbs in that time! Sheesh! Question- how do you get the little weight bar at the bottom of your post? That's inspiring!

Macros Reports
Can someone tell me why in reports the macros total for fats always shows in red that I've gone over my goal when I'm under my goal? Same thing on carbs and protein!
