Intermittent Fasting while Bulking

Today I started doing intermittent fasting!! I am doing the 16-8 protocol (LEAN Gains) I am 70kilos ,, my plan is to keep on bulking until I reach 73,,, yes I am bulking with IF this first week is to figure out if my current calorie intake of 3400calories will make me gain 1/2 a pound as I've been doing!!! I am expecting to see a difference just by introducing IF!!! we'll see how it goes!! I am really enthusiastic about this!!!!!!
if there's anybody out there who's done or is doing this right now It would be great to hear your experience on IF!

I'm right here with you. I do the 16-8 and I absolutely love it.

Right now, I am healing after surgery, so I am not allowed to work out in any way other than calm walking. Sad I can say, though, that I normally do my strength training in the morning, and I have never had a bad workout after I started IF. I have pushed myself SO FAR this last year doing this.

I am, however, consuming calories (and macros) at maintenance level to ensure that I lose as little muscle as possible while working out.

Right now I consume 3300 calories per day, and keeping track like this, with a keen eye on proteins and fats in particular, makes it super easy. I have NEVER had better or bigger meals, and the food takes away all sugar cravings. Smile What's there to NOT like?

Lean bulking is the way to go; you also seem to understand bulking so…
Now about 16-8 protocol I don’t know if it will make that big of a difference in someone that is already doing everything else right, I just do it because it allows me to micromanage my diet.

Not hungry anymore
I m eating around 600 cal a day for about 4 days now on saturday november 28. A I don t feel hungry anymore.

Chart for daily water intake
You can log water in your daily diet intake. Water is pretty individualized anymore. the 8 glasses is some arbitrary number.
