I joined My Fatsecret 1 month ago just as a way to help stay on track. So far I have lost 20 pounds and feel fantastic. I have 30 to go but I am confident I am on the right track. I have limited my calorie intake to 1500 a day and eat very clean food. Jogging 3km every other day has been my only conscious increase in exercise but I am finding that I keep busier and probably burn more calories all day due to a more positive outlook. Fingers crossed for another great month.
