I joined My Fatsecret 1 month ago just as a way to help stay on track. So far I have lost 20 pounds and feel fantastic. I have 30 to go but I am confident I am on the right track. I have limited my calorie intake to 1500 a day and eat very clean food. Jogging 3km every other day has been my only conscious increase in exercise but I am finding that I keep busier and probably burn more calories all day due to a more positive outlook. Fingers crossed for another great month.Smile

I am willing to release the need to be unworthy. I am worthy of the very best in life and I now lovingly allow myself to accept it.

bad day
If it were me I would blame it on the mother-in-law completely. There is no need to involve your husband, yourself, or even the car when there is a mother-in-law involved. Good luck today!

too upset with my weight
Diets are hard to stick to, and a "soup" diet sounds like the most vulnerable to failure. I recommend low carb - meats and green vegetables taste good and keep you from being hungry. Eating soup ...
