been good all week and lost 3lb!!!Very Happy cant beleave it.

if anyone wants a diet buddy i would love to chat and share the good weeks and the bad weeksEvil or Very Mad xxx jo

Hey well done! It's a wonderful feeling, isn't it? Fantastic.

I have 23 pounds to lose now so we are at roughly the same stage of our diet journey. I've lost 135 pounds over the years and can't tell you how blessed I feel to have been able to do so.

Any activity trackers that sync with FatSecret?
I'm debating on buying a FitBit Charge HR or a Jawbone Up3. I wish there was a tracker which would feed the activity to my FatSecret.

I've been making entries to weight on a weekly schedule and I have missed some. However, the last oh 4-6 entries are not showing up. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I am going to try and enter them ...

Eating so little will put your body into starvation mode. And that's not good - long term you could get ill, you need to eat a sensible amount for your weight.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
