I have 23 pounds to lose now so we are at roughly the same stage of our diet journey. I've lost 135 pounds over the years and can't tell you how blessed I feel to have been able to do so.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
