I have Really really strong coffee. Most people dont have 3 spoons of instant coffee to one sugar and a bit of milk.
I wanted to only put in that I had a strong coffee or two a day. It was kind of monotonous putting in all three items and looking like I ate
the dry coffee, rather than drinking it... LOL
On the left side of the page where you add to your food diary, You will see "My Favorite Meals". Just under it you will see "Add New" In there you will see a page that looks like it just adds to the database. You fill that out per ingredient. When you are done add that meal in a meal you havent had yet. If its lunchtime, say you are having that meal at dinnertime that day. It will add up everything, the kcals, the carbs, the fat and the protein for you at the top of that section, above each column.
Next, on the left again, you will see a "My Custom Foods". Click on Add Custom Food. In there you will see another page that looks like an Add Food to Database. This is where those columns come in handy. Name your mayo. Put in the per servings, total kcals, total fat, total protein, and total carbs as those are the only items asterisked and MUST be put in.
If you wish to, in the description area, put whatever you threw in the pot (so to speak), then on the very bottom it should have "Dont Share" already clicked, if not, you can do it now.
Then hit save. The mayo will should be listed in your "My Custom Foods" now.
After you are done with this, Go back to where you put all those mayo ingredients in the meal section(breakfast, lunch or dinner) and click the all the tiny x's. Each time, this will ask if your sure you want to delete that item. Click yes.
You might also delete it from your Favorite Meals by editing that meal. On the bottom of the edit page is a save or delete button. Click Delete.
