Just wondering if anyone else uses this site, and if not I deffinately recommend it!
I find it helpful in finding new poses. And even better at finding poses that are targeted for certain areas or ailments.

How do I add a private recipe
You can add it in the cookbook,you add all ingredients,then when you select that item from the cook book,go to "view" and it will show what you put in...each item and quantity.
