Just wondering if anyone else uses this site, and if not I deffinately recommend it!
I find it helpful in finding new poses. And even better at finding poses that are targeted for certain areas or ailments.

Yes, I am talking about muffins in a mug. They really fill me up and I don't eat more than 3 a day (3 meals, mostly 2). I track them and fit into my daily totals.
