Detox- just started

detox is rough, but if you stick with it, it will pay off in the end. i would say a good fruit salad, with oranges, apples, grapes, watermelon, strawberries, pineapple and bananas. that always kicks my sweet cravings and fills you up!!

Does anyone else not like how the enter your cookbook recipe on this site works? Trying to convert is really hard.

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
