6oz lowfat yogurt (2times per day)

Cereals cold unsweetened 1.5 cups perday and 1/2 cup hot

U can mix it up anyway u want, like i'll mix up a can of tuna w/ the vegall.
As for craving the bread and tortilla, don't worry the next 2 weeks goes by fast and by this time u should be able to shake off any temptations. The cereal should kill those bread cravings though. It does for me.

Could we have a set of recipes for only one or two servings? Maximum 4 servings. So many great recipes are for 6-12 servings and with only me on the diet, some can't be frozen either.

Looking for LOW sugar and LOW Carb snacks
For snacks I have always preferred things that require more chewing, which usually makes you eat less. My go to's are almonds (low carb) and pork rinds (no carb).

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
