After cleaning over 30 stalls at the farm I work at and spending 7 hours on my feet, the last thing I wanted to do today was go run 3 miles. I wanted to sleep eat tacos. But, I made a delicious cup of coffee, changed into gym clothes, did my make-up (in case my future husband was watching me run), and got my butt to the gym, where I ran a 5k and watched the Food Network, like I do every day.. I know if I don’t, I won’t feel as good about myself the next day. And then, someday soon, I’ll get to eat tacos again... Oh, how I miss you, Taco Tuesday...
