don't forget, there is no regulation for any of this stuff, so someone can bottle water and label it HCG DROPs, post it on the internet and sell it to you.. Remember the traveling snake oil salesmen? just a different version here in 2013..
Anytime you take anything and drop to 500 calories, you'll lose weight, but not because of the drops.....
use common sense and logic. as said many times.... there is no ,magic pill..
If it is a plant, eat it, if it comes from a plant, don't!

HCG is different with every company you can purchase it from. I am doing the drops through Omnitrition and it has been wonderful. I lost 32 pounds in 45 days. I have seen others live and in front of me that have lost and have maintained it. I feel that the difference with Omnitrition is that there is a huge support group and they teach you maintenance that most HCG programs don't teach. This is a life style change not a diet with Omnitrition. If you would like more information just let me know.

You don't know something until you have lived it or experienced it first hand. I experienced this diet and It worked extremely well. Why are people who never even tried this diet knocking it. we don't need opinions, we need people posting results on the brand of hcg in question. Don't be so skeptical of something that is so positive. Just do it.

ok with that approach why not experimenting cocaine, heroine or some other drug, what kind of argument is that?
What results are you looking for, if somebody starves himself what do you expect it will happen? Enough silly posts on this ridiculous diet and stop spamming with links to scam video and websites please

Please be so very careful. I just finished the Omnitrition hCG drops. Not only did it leave me with heart problems and quite a few medical appointments to heal from the diet, it left me fatter! I'm working on losing all the weight that came back so quickly but it is even harder now. The sad thing is that I wasn't even eating much after I stopped the diet. Before this diet, I would have been easily losing weight with the amount of calories. My doctor said he see this a lot with the hCG diet and he hasn't had any patients who kept the weight off. He said that generally their stories are like mine. They gain back even more. Oh, and the people on the Omnitrition forum are supportive, that is true but only because the vast majority of them sell the diet. They want your money. Once you have side effects, you lose that support really quick.

The only thing that can stall progress is too many calories. If anything, caffeine will help you since more energy equals more movement equals more calories used.
