New to fat secret

Hello everyone, I just signed up with today. I'm not sure what diet to go with, really I don't like the word diet, I prefer lifestyle change. I have done the low carb diet in the past when I was younger and it seemed to melt the fat away, however I'm older now and the weight doesn't seem to budge. I signed into this site hoping to find some support and good tips on where to start this weight loss journey. I need to lose 50 pounds that is what I have gained over the past 3 years. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the website!!if you are not sure on what diet to follow to get started on your weight loss journey, i'd love to recommend the one on the insanity challenge, you'll find a guide to count your number of calories and recipes to choose from to get you started.

If you are up for a workout challenge, you can complement the diet with the insanity workout, it's a 2 months program of workout, you can find it in here:
If you buy the membership it's 40 dlls for 3 months of access to any workout in the website (its cheaper to buy the membership than to buy just the workout program). If you decide to go on with the workout program to complement your nutrition guide you'll loose weight fast! Remember to have water/gatorade nearby. Rest everytime you need to rest, you can pause the video and get back into it. Ask your medical physician if you can perform this type of workout. If the workout it's too intense for you, try doing only the warm up phase for 2-3 weeks at your own pace, and increase the amount of exercises as you feel more comfortable.

Water has no calories. It will not make you fatter. There isn't a lot of research about when to drink water because water won't hurt you unless you are drinking gallons of it per day.
