Hello all.
I only weigh myself, once a month, why? Because, I fail off the wagon, and gain 4 pounds, last month, however, I did not get mad or upset with myself, instead, I got right back on track, and this month I loss around 7 pounds, because I stop eating at 8:00 pm, and start back eating at 12:00 pm the next day. Giving my body 16 hours to digest my foods, and it working for me. I still have a long way to go, however I glad, that I back on track.

Congratulations
If you want to push it a bit more, try 18 hours fasting and then food in next 6 hours. Apparently this gives you sufficient long enough time to get ketotic - body turns to the fat stores for energy, especially around the pancreas and liver. Also suggest keeping chest, waist, hip, thigh and arm measurements............

Good luck and well done again.

I am aiming to lose 7kg
