I'm not quite 5'4. I'm currently 179, and my first goal is 160, then 140. After that, we'll see. Most likely I need to be around 125.

I've been on the heavier side(160'ish when I was in my early teens) and come from a family where ALL of the women were/are heavy and to top it off I'm not quite 5'tall with my heaviest being almost 250 lbs, right now I have my mental goal getting me to 140 but in the long run, my total final goal is to be as close to 120 as possible. I started this journey with a VSG surgery in April of 2016 at that point I was at 220, currently I'm at 165 and doing okay even with the stalls that I've had.

I did this 12 years ago it took me 18 months to get very healthy, eat right and exercise, this time will be for life as it only gets harder to lose, but hey, not smoking and happy with the 250.5 weigh in today!

5'4/CW:237 - Preferred, 120 lbs. But depending on what I look like at 145, will depend on if I go any further.

I'm 36 and shrinking as well. My average height was 5' 5.5", I'm now 5'4". I don't get it.

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 165. I must be very dense because even at 209 I wear size 16. At 165 I'll probably wear 8 which I'm super happy with.
