Electrolytes - add plenty of salt to your food, and take magnesium.

Carbs cause you to hold a few pounds of water. When that water releases (the first 3 pounds or so) your electrolytes get out of whack.

Wait 10 days , eat 2 eggs for breakfast, boiled , or fried in coconut oil or scrambled with butter , or more eggs if you fancy , after then if you keep your carbs low you will not miss them , it's like giving up smoking, xx

Eating Carbs makes me crave more carbs. When feeling these cravings, I eat something with more fat in it such as butter, peanut butter, nuts, avocado or coconut oil. The fats are satisfying and the cravings disappear. The fats increase the calories but it is amazing how I no longer have to fight craving after about 1/2 hour.
