Well, I just signed up and ready to start a new way of living! My husband and I retired a little over 2 years ago and moved to Central America. I have gained 20 pounds since then! I don't recognize myself in the mirror and that is not good! So I am hoping this group will help me to get back to the way I was before. I turned 60 in August and I don't want to look like an old lady!Confused

I dont think you look even close to an old lady but I get you...when you feel uncomfortable with yourself by gaining its just hard to grasp the looking in the mirror at the whole you...btw I had gained 21 lbs and Im back on FS just a week ago myself because the success I had last time was mainly due to the motivation and support you get here, wishing you great success on your journey to feeling betterWink
