I started the Ketogenic diet 9 days ago and have lost 9 pounds with no exercise... Started gym membership last night. Looking forward to losing it twice as fast now.

I am on this also, nearly carbless. Meat, cheese, eggs, some nuts, very few veggies, yogurt. Just beware of ketoflu and electrolytes. I’m getting the expected headache but just a couple more days to get over this bump.

I am already almost zero carbs (only from veg) and moderate protein and fat so what is the trick to switching my body to ketogenic?
