I started the Ketogenic diet 9 days ago and have lost 9 pounds with no exercise... Started gym membership last night. Looking forward to losing it twice as fast now.

I am on this also, nearly carbless. Meat, cheese, eggs, some nuts, very few veggies, yogurt. Just beware of ketoflu and electrolytes. I’m getting the expected headache but just a couple more days to get over this bump.

Hi, i started my low carb and moderate high fat diet 3 days ago and lost 3 lbs, but also incorporated excercise and intermittent fasting.

I'm new to this so i was wondering what foods where you eating as a source of your fat intake.

I am already almost zero carbs (only from veg) and moderate protein and fat so what is the trick to switching my body to ketogenic?

water after eating?
Water has no calories. It will not make you fatter. There isn't a lot of research about when to drink water because water won't hurt you unless you are drinking gallons of it per day.
