Sad I am new to the Fat Secret site, and have not figured out the Weight Watchers section. There are never any points posted. How do you calculate these wonderful recipes?

I don't think they post the points any more because of copyright infringement - the points are a WW exclusive. Generally I put the recipes into the cook book which calculates calories per serving.
I think the points are about 50 calories apiece.

Thanks so much. In looking at these points recipes, some look really good, but I couldn't figure out points. It just said WW recipes. Then there are the ones that said 1, 2, 3, etc.so will kind of stick with those. Its hard to be on the points and look at other recipes. Just have to input into the WW calculator and it will tell us. Time consuming, but eventually you'll have your favorites in there and it will be done. Smile In the end its ALL WORTH IT!!

WW is another way to count calories. Like abba said they are approx 50 calories a point. So I guess multiply your point allotment by 50 and you'll have your calorie total.
Consume whatever foods you prefer, whenever you prefer to consume them, while ensuring nutrient sufficiency and meeting caloric goals.

Calculator.net is a site that will do the points for you.
