Just started this last week, and lost 2 lbs on the new version (up to 800 cals on 2 days a week). I have just about reached my target and looking to create a "buffer" so that I don't have to watch every mouthful for days away/holidays etc.

There is also a 5 week Challenge, which I have joined, starting next Monday for those trialing the 5:2 - why don't you join too! 😀

Yes. Been on 5:2 since January. Lost 7kg so far. I find it quite easy to do. Best thing is not having to deny myself any particular foods - though it's becoming easier to make good food choices.

In the Food Diary, I see the area at the bottom saying how much of my RDI I've taken in, but where is the info for stuff besides calories? I want to know if I'm over on carbs, cholesterol, etc. ...
