and learn the myths and truths about what the scale is really telling you.

alicater, I do the same thing! FYI, I have really long hair and It is think. I was thinking this morning to lose extra weight that I would chop it all off. Of course I was only joking with myself. If I cut my hair my husband would freak. I did notice that some doctor's scale are right on with my scale at home and others are off between 2-5 pounds.
