I weigh about every day but I don't post it. Sometimes I weigh less in the afternoon that I do in the morning. Much has to do with water weight. I will post at the end of each week.

I used to weigh once a week but I started a month ago with a trainer and have decided to not weigh until April. I am going to gauge how it's going by my clothes. I am tired of being a slave to the scale AND a number!

I weigh in once, sometimes twice, a day. Always in the morning after toilet use and sometimes in the evening before bed. I like seeing the weight fluctuations and how my intake affects my weight day to day and morning to night.

It depends. If I'm on a bit of a plateau, I tend to weigh myself just about every time I go into the bathroom (including stripping naked) because even just a tenth of a pound can make me feel better. When I am doing really well and lost a few pounds in a week, then less often, perhaps once a day (in the morning after the toilet) because I'm feeling less anxious.

For a while while I was figuring out my body's patterns of weight loss so I weighed myself after everything - eat, drink toilet - just out of curiosity for how each affected my weight, and what time of day my daily lowest weight was. To my surprise, it's usually lowest just before dinner!

First thing in the morning (or after waking up for the night shifters out there), after excretion. That's the most convenient and accurate time to weigh in.

Once a week. When I'm done I take the scale out the bathroom and put it in the closet to avoid the temptation.

As I wake up, before having breakfast. And at night especially after workout. I know those are probably the minima of weight during the day, but those low numbers are quite the motivational boost.

I weigh once a week.I always weigh on wednesday mornings right before breakfast. I used to have an incredibly unhealthy lifestyle but all of that changed ever since I started to swim.Swimming not just helps in shaping up your body, it has a lot of other benefits as well ( http://www.soldapools.com/blog/swimming/7-health-benefits-swimming/ ).
