Ladies, ladies...I think Mummydee had her heart in the right place, she thought by laying out the facts of the nutritional label that you would get a better picture of all the chemicals and things we cannot pronounce that are being put in the food today.

All she was trying to show is that be knowledgeable about what you eat as the chemicals in the food today is to preserve the "shelf life" of the food, and you have to really think -- "can my body (Liver) readily digest this without harming me down the line?"

As she said, all low/high calories aren't good calories. The truth was in the label, she was just reading it out loud.

Sounds neat. I googled and it seems they run close to $200. I have so many cooking devices in a cabinet lol not sure I want another. But it does sound good.

Me either. I've never used my oven as much as I've used it in the past 5-6 months. I haven't fried anything but an egg with Pam spray. I can't be doing too bad since I'm losing.

You can! I didn't think I'd be able to stick to it but it works if I just stay under calories. It's an every day struggle. But if you put your mind to it, you can do it!! Anybody can unless they have a medical problem. Good luck to you!!

WHY THE SCALES LIE
I read that you're somewhere around 60% more likely to keep your weight in check if you weigh daily, but then again 90% of all statistical percentages are made up on the spot. (I just made that up.)

A Diff. Kind of "Scale"
I'd agree with Deb. I'd take a few every couple of weeks. In most cases you're likely looking at a month at least to 'see' the progress.
