Carb 'flu' or withdrawal symptoms can be what you describe but usually when you drop down to very low net carbs such as 20 - 25 gms a day and go into ketosis... However if you have lowered your carbs significantly, maybe this is the problem even if you haven't gone that low.
It will end, its the body cleansing, mainly the liver which is the cleanser of all toxins.
Drink lots of water, and eat lots of good carbs like dark green veggies etc.
If it is a plant, eat it, if it comes from a plant, don't!
