Sad Dropped from Jan 2014 from 117 kg to 105 kg beginning April. Think I am in that dreadful plato phase .Since April I hang between 105 and 104 kg .But I do think when Spring comes thing will changeCool .My average Kj intake over the past 160 days was about 8000 daily .

I read somewhere that the more you lose weight, you'll have to reduce the calories as well (smaller you requires less calories). This may be the reason for your plateau.
