Someone told me that this site was able to show you net carbs that you have consumed over the actual total carbs (so total carbs - fiber= net carbs). Can you please let me know how I can see this information? They actually mentioned you could change a setting, but I can't locate this anywhere.

Thanks!!

This may help, but it may be a PITA to do. There is no one button to click on that I know of to give you what you want. However...:

Go to MyFatSecret (Bar near top of page;>MyFatSecret>MySettings>scroll to bottom of page to Food Diary Nutrition Facts. Check Carbs and Fibers. Now you will have to figure yourself the net carbs.

I hope this works. Oh, and the result of the boxes you check are in your Food Diary MyFatSecret>Food

Hit MY FATSECRET top tool bar, over to the right will be MY TOOLBOX, under that MY SETTINGS, That where you choose the 6 settings to go into your food journal, including 'net carbs'.

Heart Rate Monitor Watches for Men
I have a polar RCX5. Very expensive but works great. Espcially for helping you train in fat burning mode and for estimating calories burnt. You need a chest strap though. Great gift idea.
