For a sweet treat on induction you're allowed sugar free jello with real whipped cream if you want. I couldn't find the ingredients to the snacks on the Hunts site which tells me there's tons on their that you shouldn't eat.
And something that seems so simple... the red wine vinegar which is made from Burgundy grapes and grapes have high sugar content and so even though a small amount, it is still sugar !
Have you tried that site I suggested to work out your RDI? I find the FS rdi is high.
You're doing great though, I'll check in with you daily, I've been doing this for years and will be a low carber for life. I'm in maintenance now but still can't eat grains. As soon as I do I gain. so it's a long slow learning journey when everyone has to learn exactly what works for you.
