I don't own a scale but I wt at the gym and the doc. office and at my daughters. They all seem to wt. the same. I just can't pass up a scale. I see a wt. gain and I know I have to work harder and keep closer track of what I'm doing.

DO NOT become a SLAVE of a Scale, Weigh-in once a week or 3 0r 4 days. Or you may drive your self around the corner. You will lose weight when you should not and vice a versa. Good Luck

I weigh daily, but only record losses in the tracker. I have gotten used to the fluctuation, but also do this to make sure I don't have any surprise excess weight gain. I am dealing with swelling in my right leg during the day. Sad

Thanks for all the replies. I am settling on weighing in Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. I like the idea of knowing my weight before going into weekend indulgences; this way I can pare down if needed. Also, I take lowest of three day weigh-ins for charting purposes. I use a daily step tracker, the Fitbit. Over time I see a SLOW loss.

Once a day as well! early in the morning before eating anything and just right after using the bathroom... (I guess when I'm the lightest ! ) I know this is not recommended since our weight can go up and down with the smallest changes...

I weigh myself every morning, even if I've just lost a little bit it really keeps me motivated!
