I weigh daily, but only record losses in the tracker. I have gotten used to the fluctuation, but also do this to make sure I don't have any surprise excess weight gain. I am dealing with swelling in my right leg during the day. Sad

Thanks for all the replies. I am settling on weighing in Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. I like the idea of knowing my weight before going into weekend indulgences; this way I can pare down if needed. Also, I take lowest of three day weigh-ins for charting purposes. I use a daily step tracker, the Fitbit. Over time I see a SLOW loss.

Once a day as well! early in the morning before eating anything and just right after using the bathroom... (I guess when I'm the lightest ! ) I know this is not recommended since our weight can go up and down with the smallest changes...

I weigh myself every morning, even if I've just lost a little bit it really keeps me motivated!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every morning, and once a week with my trainer. Today was my weigh in with her - in the morning I weighed 153, but with her I was at 156 (but we decided on 153 since it was all from the water I drank)

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I'm 5'4", 26 y.o. Currently at 153lbs and my goal weight is 140-145, which is where I was at in 2016 and loved how I looked in clothing. I'm curvy, so I don't want to lose too much ...

Any Method to Edit Fitness Report?
try clicking on that activity in your exercise diary. It should bring up the specifics and allow you to change the time in much the same way as you can change the amount of food in your food diary.

How can I get exercise in?
I don’t know what kind of a TV/cable situation you have where you live, but ours has no end of exercise programs on usually in the early AM. Check yours, record and do when convenient. Ours have exercises ...
