Elliptical = Exercise Machine???

Is the elliptical the Exercise Machine? Crying or Very sad

Yes the elliptical is a form of low impact cardio.

I know this is from a little bit ago, I just found it. I can't find elliptical either, so I use "Exercise Machine' and it's fairly accurate I think.

Amount of calories and exercise to lose weight
I lost my weight averaging 1500 calories a day...but I'm 5'1 and a female....we are all different yes find maintenance calorie intake amount n deduct 500 calories :)
