Thank you, Keld. That was sort of the take away I had. I just did my morning coffee with coconut oil again (convinced to give it another try) and I will hop on the treadmill. I'm only doing it for the calorie burn. I have really lost inches and toned up since beginning to alternate that with weight traninng every other day, so I will continue with that for the time being. But I will continue to study what Mike has to say. Believe me, I can USE that hour I spend on the treadmill and weight lifting in my life! But I also have to be absolutely convinced before I change it as they are both working for me now. As always, thanks so much for your help and guidance!

Bumping this back up to the top of the board for some friends who were asking... By the way, I have indeed begun to add coconut oil to my coffee on weekdays at work and it has helped me focus quite a bit. Thanks to all who responded and helped me on this.

I think if you select "bacon (cured)" its the raw version .. because all the others listed there say they are cooked?? But I'm not so sure. I also saw an entry for "1 oz raw bacon ...
