Went to a festable Sunday. Hard to believe but I didn't eat anything. Not even Funnel Cake. And it sure looked good! We parked on the wrong side of the tracks and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs and 4 flights down to cross the RR tracks. Then we spent a good 3 hours just walking around and enjoying the sights. Then back up 4 flights and down 4 flights to get to the car. That might not sound like much to some of you but I have recently gotten over a knee replacement and to those of you, like me who haven't gotten as much exercise as you should have recently,it was a lot and needless to say, my legs are now like cement they are so sore and stiff. Now I just have to keep it up.

I found that my recumbent bike was my best bet to keep the knee moving and limber. It also helped with cardio and weight loss. Keep up the good work. Walking is excellent eventhough they tell us not to as it overworks the replaced knee.
