How many calories are you eating everyday? I eat around 1500-1600 at my 54 kg,but it seems that I need to eat less ( Because I have a little bit of fat,(2-3 kg) which I can't loose..I don't want to go under my BMR (1300 cal)but what if just in this way i will loose my last kg of fat..Help me..

You can use the 16 percent number as a start. You really don't need to worry about eating too little until your body fat gets lower. All the best!

Sunday is Fasting day
I always fast 2 - 3 times every week, and not Sunday. As Sunday is my quietest day and it would be too difficult. I prefer 'fast' days to be my busiest
