Milestone Day.



This is two weeks consecutive on training program. I am running 3x per week, cardio and strength activities 2x per week. I hit 5k run this morning. Pace is consistent @ 6mph. Nothing great, but my first run was only 2.5k, so I have doubled the distance over the two weeks, maintained cadence/pace and I am not spent at the end of the run like I was the first couple. Definitely making progress.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh every morning just to keep me on track for the day. If I lost ,I don't record it ,till it remains that wt. for three days.

Probably the best advice that I can give you is to find something that you like (even if it is a little) and start out slow with it. If you overdo it you will probably be discouraged. It could also help ...
