Didn't eat right this past week, so I'm back on a healthy eating plan. Need to lose before June 21 for my grand-daughter's wedding. Everyone have a great day!

1000jean good luck. "At first you don't succeed try, try again." Isn't that the old saying. I struggled through last week and went off track but have a sense of renewal with the new week, too. This week planned my work week menu in advance.

"Everyday is a new day to start over!"

"Time is going to pass whether you start today or not, why not start today so that you can say in a year 'WOW I've lost X amounts of weight' versus saying 'WOW I COULD have lost X amount of weight'" Think about it!

Don't think of it as failing and starting over but rather continuing the process. These set backs are all a part of it! I'm in the same boat as you but trying to take it day by day. Also, if you are feeling overwhelmed it's completely reasonable to take a week off to maintenance calories on purpose. That way you don't have this guilt cycle going and you're in control!

Good luck!
