1000jean good luck. "At first you don't succeed try, try again." Isn't that the old saying. I struggled through last week and went off track but have a sense of renewal with the new week, too. This week planned my work week menu in advance.

"Time is going to pass whether you start today or not, why not start today so that you can say in a year 'WOW I've lost X amounts of weight' versus saying 'WOW I COULD have lost X amount of weight'" Think about it!

Don't think of it as failing and starting over but rather continuing the process. These set backs are all a part of it! I'm in the same boat as you but trying to take it day by day. Also, if you are feeling overwhelmed it's completely reasonable to take a week off to maintenance calories on purpose. That way you don't have this guilt cycle going and you're in control!
