10 string cheese
grated parmesan cheese

Cut your string cheese in half

In a bowl mix the parmesan with some garlic powder and italian seasoning

In a seperate bowl Whisk your eggs and then set up your breading station

Dip the cheese in egg and then roll in the cheese

redip them in the egg and roll them again to get a good crust

Place them on a wax paper lined baking sheet
roll them in between your hands to really pack the crust and make sure they are evenly coated

Place them in the freezer for about an hour

After they freeze fry them up in hot hot hot oil

serve!
