Favorite free fitness videos/trainers?

I have followed Zuzana Light (BodyRock & ZWOW) for a while now. I have also tried out Fitness Blender.

What are some other free videos/trainers that I can follow? I like doing body weight training HIIT style or something similar.

Do you have amazon prime? Last time I checked, they had a bunch of Jillian Michaels videos there, free to stream if you're prime.

I really like Jessica Smith. She has free video on UTUBE or FaceBook Amazon prime members can also get Ann Smith stretching videos. She is really good for us "senior foxes".

Depends what you want to achieve. I love the 10 Minutes Solution Series on DVD; they're quite effective and you have the option of doing just one 10 minute sessions or doing them all or picking and choosing which one you want to do. They all contain 5 different 10-minutes programs on each DVD and cover everything from cardio / dancing / pilates / yoga / kickboxing etc. Easily available via Amazon.

The easiest way is to enter the walking / weights / stretching as separate entries in your exercise diary and selecting the duration of time. I wouldn't concern myself about entering the kicks.

Fitness blender is my favorite, I used to do bodyrock but like fitness blender even better.

Starting weight- 219 lbs May 2011
Goal 150 lbs- my original main goal, reached 6/22/2012! Yipee!

Pregnant with baby # 4. Gained 55 lbs. Weight at end of pregnancy 8/9/2013 204 lbs
Goal 1- 175 lbs reached February 23, 2014
Goal 2- 160 lb

I love the Tone It Up girls! I first found them through instagram and would get some great workouts from their blog. Now they have a tv show and their site is a bit more vamped up. I've never heard of fitness blender but I'll have to give that a go!

fitsugar.com is a great website with TONS of free workouts, recipes, and fitness, diet, and healthy lifestyle advice. it is my homepage on the internet, a constant inspiration! i have also recently been introduced to blogilates.com, another great resource.

Hot5 is a free app you can download onto your smart device and is loaded with workout videos. It was featured on one of the morning news shows and said it was the best free fitness app out there.

I like warriorxfit.com. You sign up with a username and password, but it costs nothing and they don't send you e-mails. The workouts are about 20 mins and they kick butt. They mix up the workouts so it's different every day and you record your reps after each exercise so you can see how you did and if you want you can see the list of people who did the workout that day and how you compare. They are good, quick workouts. The only equipment they use are resistance bands, but you could probably use hand weights instead. They have a video before each move to show you correct form, then you do the move for 20 seconds, have a 10 second rest to record your results and you repeat the same move 6 times. There are 6 moves total per day and a pre and post stretch. Good workout if you're in a hurry or need a supplemental workout.

Start a running program
Sign up & complete a 5K- Done
Get a bike and use it!

Honestly, I plan very little. I just log after I eat. I do not know how to log that exercise but there is an add button to enter it to your daily log.
