I've just signed up but am having difficulty trying to understand the different numbers. For example the green kcal numbers. What do they mean? etc. Is there a help button I can push?

Well...., there used to be a good help section. Yet I'll be durned (family site) if it hasn't disappeared. I guess you will just have to ask a specific question, check the forums and hope someone answers. Usually they do and can help. Re the green KCal numbers. Green means you are staying within the RDI limits you set in setting up your diet. Red, of course, means too many calories for the day.

Also, check the forum threads for a few months back (Check subject line) and use the search engine for your questions.
Perhaps someone else can help us find the help site.
