Agh, I wish I could dump the scale in the toilet too. Sad I weighted in at only one pound less then I did one week ago. I struggle to get on the damn thing every morning, as though there were a force field blocking my entry. I hope it gets easier.

i move the scale 1/2 a square 3 times each morning and pick the highest weight. then just tell myself eat reasonably and when eating stop when no longer hungery. don't think about it or think about as a comedy skit. Smile

I don't care how my scale is positioned so long as I can read the numbers when I'm standing on it. Mind you, maybe if stepped on it with the numbers upside down, I'd see a greater loss - lol

My scale is always in the same position and pointing the same direction - I've never thought about moving it around, but, stepping on it upside down might be fun too.

I think it is best not to move the scale around. If you can find a place to put it where you don't have to move it, that will help with accuracy. I leave mine in my guest room, in a corner, in front of the full length mirror.

Too funny!! Mine is in a corner in my bedroom. 60's bathroom design so no extra space. I'm sure it's not always in the exact spot, not something I worry about.

I hate to burst any bubbles about where to place the scales....my reasoning is, if I'm losing weight (or rather as I like to remind myself, "gaining slimness"Wink then it doesn't matter where the scales are.
However, I do relate to the various comments.

Shedding weight seems so much more challenging as I've gotten older.
