Does anyone have experience with this diet? HMR (Healthy Management Resources) is basically a prepackaged (shakes and entrees) and very low calorie (1000/day) diet. It is administered by professionals for a 12 - 15 week period. I just wanted to know anyone who has either been on it or have information about it. Thanks

I have been on the medically supervised HMR Decision Free diet since November 14, 2013 (just finishing up week 15 today!) and have lost 60lbs (potentially more since I haven't weighed in yet tonight).

Heading out now but can definitely give you more insight if you'd like. They also have a great site with lots of info and discussion boards.

(also I just joined the site to answer your question so I apologize if I mess up any rules, etc although now that I found it, this site looks pretty cool - will have to play more later)
