Does anyone have experience with this diet? HMR (Healthy Management Resources) is basically a prepackaged (shakes and entrees) and very low calorie (1000/day) diet. It is administered by professionals for a 12 - 15 week period. I just wanted to know anyone who has either been on it or have information about it. Thanks

Heading out now but can definitely give you more insight if you'd like. They also have a great site with lots of info and discussion boards.
